h555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately and permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and any winnings will be voided. This applies even if the underage access occurred without the player's direct knowledge — for example, if a minor accessed an account belonging to a parent or guardian.

Providing false personal details at registration is a serious breach of these Terms. h555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from account closure due to false registration information.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active h555 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited at h555. If duplicate accounts are identified, h555 will close all but the earliest registered account. Any balances in the closed accounts will be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.
Your h555 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact h555 support immediately at support@h555.cash.
h555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. All activity conducted through your h555 account will be treated as your own, regardless of who actually performed it, unless you have reported a breach to h555 support in advance.
All h555 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, bet amounts, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. h555 does not support foreign currency accounts or multi-currency wallets.
An account that has not been used — meaning no login, deposit, or bet activity — for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. h555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after 24 months of inactivity may be closed.
h555 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions at h555 are processed in PKR.
The minimum deposit at h555 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may require additional verification. Deposits are credited to your h555 balance instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 30 minutes for IBFT and card transactions.
To withdraw from your h555 balance, the following conditions must be met:
h555 processes standard withdrawal requests within three hours during normal operating hours. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 48 hours. h555 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions.
Note on bonus balances: Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete will result in the bonus portion being voided, with only the real-money portion of the balance remaining eligible for withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and promotional offers at h555 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. The terms applicable to each individual promotion are stated on the relevant bonus page or promotional communication. These general terms apply to all h555 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Wagering requirements at h555 specify how many times you must wager a bonus amount (or in some cases, the combined bonus and deposit amount) before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rs 20,000 in total bets before that bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable.
Players may only hold one active bonus at h555 at any given time. If you have an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, you may not claim a new bonus until the existing one is either completed or forfeited. To forfeit an active bonus, contact h555 support — note that forfeiting will remove the bonus balance from your account.
h555 takes a strict view of promotional abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through methods including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of third-party wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players, will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and may lead to account suspension.
All games at h555 — including slots, roulette, Aviator, Ludo, and virtual sports — are powered by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including h555 itself. Certification details are available on request.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted at h555, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed. By confirming a bet, you accept the displayed odds and terms at that moment. In sports betting, confirmed pre-match bets stand even if the odds subsequently change before kickoff.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market at h555. Current limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface before you place a bet. h555 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
In sports betting, if a fixture is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, the affected bets at h555 will be voided and stakes returned to your account. In accumulator bets, voided selections are removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections continue at their original odds unless only one selection remains, in which case the bet may be treated as a single at the original odds depending on the specific market rules.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or balance, h555 reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. h555 will not honour bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a system error, regardless of whether the error was detected before or after the bet was settled.
h555 is required to verify the identity and payment details of its players as part of its regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

h555 accepts the following as proof of identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or valid driving licence. As proof of payment method, we may request a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and account number, or a bank statement showing your name and IBAN.
All documents must be current, clearly legible, and submitted in the format requested by h555 support. h555 will not process withdrawal requests for accounts with outstanding verification requirements.

In cases of Terms violations that do not involve fraud, h555 will generally return the real-money deposit balance (minus any bonus-derived amounts) to the player's original deposit method after investigation.
Players may also voluntarily close their h555 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.
All content on the h555 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of h555 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any h555 content without explicit written permission.
The h555 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of h555. Unauthorised use of h555 trademarks for commercial purposes is prohibited.
You may not scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from h555 for any purpose. You may not frame or mirror any h555 content on any other website or platform without prior written consent from h555.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h555 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
